1 - Budget

2 - Wedding Style

Decide on the style of wedding you want, such as formal, casual, traditional, or modern. This will help you select a venue and make other planning decisions.


3 - Guest List



Create a list of people you want to invite to your wedding. This will help you determine the size of your wedding and the amount of food, beverages, and other supplies you'll need.


4 - Find and Book a Venue:


Research and visit different venues that match your wedding style and budget. Once you find the right venue, book it as soon as possible to secure your date. Consider factors such as capacity, location, and amenities.


5 - Choose a Wedding Date:


Pick a wedding date that works for you and your partner, taking into account the availability of the venue and the schedules of your guests.


6 - Hire a Wedding Planner:


Consider hiring a wedding planner to help you with the planning process. A wedding planner can assist you with finding vendors, managing your budget, and coordinating the details of your wedding day.


7 - Select a Caterer and Menu:



Choose a caterer and menu that align with your wedding style and budget. Attend food tastings and review their past events to ensure the quality of their food and service. Consider dietary restrictions and preferences of your guests.


8 - Hire a Photographer and Videographer:



Look at my portfolio and reviews, and meet with me in person to ensure that I'm a good fit. We are going to discuss the timeline of the day and the shots you want captured. /


9 - Choose Wedding Attire:



Select your wedding attire, including your wedding dress, suits or tuxedos for the groom and groomsmen, and bridesmaid dresses. Consider the season, style, and formality of your wedding.


10 - Plan the Ceremony:

11 - Choose Music and Entertainment:



Decide on the type of music and entertainment you want at your wedding. Book a DJ, band, or other performers that match your style and preferences. Consider additional entertainment such as a photo booth or games.


12 - Hire a Florist:



Choose a florist to design and create your floral arrangements, including the bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. Consider the season, color palette, and style of your wedding.


13 - Plan the Reception:



Plan the reception, including the seating arrangement, table settings, centerpieces, and decorations. Choose a wedding cake and dessert options.


14 - Order Invitations and Stationery:



Choose and order wedding invitations and stationery that match your wedding style and theme. This includes save-the-date cards, wedding invitations, RSVP cards, programs, and menu cards.


15 - Plan Transportation:



Arrange transportation for you, your partner, and your guests, including limousines, shuttles, or buses. Consider traffic and parking at your venue.


16 - Book Accommodations:


Book accommodations for yourself and your guests if necessary. Consider nearby hotels, vacation rentals, or bed and breakfasts.
